·        A Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows NT 4.0 Server, Windows NT 4.0 Workstation, Windows NT 4.0 Server in the Enterprise, and Windows NT 4.0 TCP/IP. Also possessing the Microsoft Networking Essentials exam.

·        Liaison with internal and external customers for the National Blood Service as Document Control Manager.

·        The organisation, implementation and supervision of a wide variety of projects including the merging of different filing systems, their relocation, and ensuring the accurate recovery of information contained in those files.

·        Training of staff in the use of computer systems and MS office products (predominantly Word and Excel). Overseeing the writing of Standard Operating Procedures to ISO 9000, and making these documents available on the local area network for the National Blood Service.

Due to the sudden death of my father last September I am currently unemployed (by choice) as I have to sort out my late fathers property and effects, which is taking far longer than I had imagined.
